What's your availability?

I’m available for 20-60% fractional engagement (1-3 days a week working full-time with your team) or up to 8 hours of consulting per month. My schedule fills up quickly, so I recommend reaching out early to confirm availability.

Do you offer one-off consultations or workshops without a long-term commitment?

I usually commit to a minimum of 3 months to ensure there’s enough time to diagnose issues, create a strategy, and implement it for initial results. One-off consultations and workshops are available only through referrals, but you’re welcome to schedule a 25-minute introductory call to explore potential collaboration.

Are you available for in-person meetings or workshops?

I’m based in Zurich, Switzerland, but I’m open to short-term travel for in-person meetings, workshops, or team offsites if planned in advance. This includes strategic sessions to align on goals and drive impactful results.

What happens after our initial 3-month engagement if we want to continue working together?

After the initial 3-month engagement, we can either continue with the same arrangement (a 3-month retainer) or transition to a fractional mode tailored to your business needs. This flexibility ensures we adapt as your company evolves.
